1. How do I export the data to MS Excel?

There are several ways of doing this, but the easiest way is to highlight the data by holding down your left mouse button and dragging across the data you wish to export. Once you have selected the data release your mouse button and select "Edit -> Copy" in your browser's menu. Open a new worksheet in Excel and then select "Edit -> Paste" from the menu. The data should align itself correctly in the cells.
